Software
The TANtec Software now is availabe in a completely revised Version 4, which realises forceful the wishes of our customers. The well proven graphical user interface was kept, but enlarged by additional features like resizable windows, choice of font and text size, free placeable buttons, parallel use of several windows and memorising position and size, including full screen mode and transparency.
This is an example of the customers dialog shown in full screenmode without caption. It shows the configuration of the tanning salon and the current use of sunbeds. In addition to the windows showing the sunbeds the dialog contains further windows to show additonal informations and it is possible to show several buttons for easy use of software. For the cabine 1 the example shows a new feature "Booking", which allows customers to book a sunbed, while it is in use. It is working like a queue, not like a reservation of the sunbed for a special date and time. If you click on the picture, you will see another example showing a minimised window with caption, transparency and customised background and textcolor.
When choosing a cabine by keyboard, mouse or
touch
screen the sunbed windows is shown:
The sunbed window enlarges the choosen sunbed and shows additional
informations, like the current tariff. If you click on the picture, you
see an example showing transparency and another background color of
text.
For change of tubes a special announcement can be displayed and is shown depending on hours of operation.
The tariff system is a special highlight of
the
software. It offers an unrivalled range of potentials, but is easy to
use because of it's modular concept. For the sunbeds it offers linear,
stepped and progressive/degressive tariffs, including
disabling/enabling single sunbeds. As extreme example ist is possible
to set different kinds of tariff to each single sunbed.
The second component is the possiblility to set all tariffs by time
tables
and define tariff zones for days of week or times of day. This is not
only possible for cash tariff, but it is possible to define several
tables for different user groups, like morning tariffs, weekend
tariffs, afternoon tariffs and so on.
Third component is definition of uploads and it is not only possible to
define bonus cards, but also cards for an amount of tannings or
minutes, cards beeing valid for a month or another amount of time up to
different types of subscription cards. For use of subscription cards
photos of the customer can be assigned to a card. Fourth component is
the cards account, which arranges tariffs/ time tables and uploads to a
predefined type of card. The card account hides the components from the
customers and the staff and makes it easy to sell cards like bonus
cards
or subscription cards.
The final component is the salon configuration, which allows to define
periods with different salon configurations, so it is not necessary to
switch tariffs manual, e.g.
if there is a christmas sales promotion from 01.12. to 24.12.
Recapitulatory this tariff systems allows nearly all configurations
imaginable.
For administration of the tanning salon data
and
for configuration of the control there are more dialogs available.
These dialogs are standard dialogs, because the well proven design
enables an easy and consistent handling of the software. Amongst others
it offers an index
of persons,
an article
management and a
dialog for administration
of sunbeds.
The same
way like the customers dialog they can be configured in size and
position, it
is possible to choose fonts and textsizes, even there is a scheme
"plastic" similar to Windows XP schemes. In comparison again the index of persons, the article
management and the administration
of
sunbeds using
plastic scheme.
A very important function of the software is
the
business-management and evaluation of the tanning studios transactions.
For this purpose there is not only a log
which
records each operation, the program also
offers serveral possibilities of evaluation like daily evaluation,
evaluation of time periods, evaluation of shift changeover and
extensive possibilities of export.
